User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay all fees and charges in a timely manner
• Properly package and label all shipments
• Not ship prohibited or restricted items

Liability and Insurance

Our liability for loss or damage to shipments is limited as follows:

• Maximum liability per package as per carrier terms
• Additional insurance available upon request
• Claims must be filed within specified timeframes
• Certain items excluded from coverage

Payment Terms

Payment terms and conditions:

• Payment due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payment charges may apply
• Credit terms subject to approval
• Right to hold shipments for unpaid charges

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Outstanding obligations remain in effect after termination.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable transportation laws and regulations. Disputes subject to binding arbitration.
